How Our Classes Work
Our classes are built around strength, conditioning, and daily movement. Most members use our Strength classes as their base training, then add Express Conditioning or Hybrid sessions throughout the week, depending on their goals. Each class is coached with clear instruction and structured programming so you can train with purpose and stay consistent.

Strength and Conditioning
Our primary class focuses on building strength through structured programming while improving conditioning and movement quality.
Each session includes coached strength work along with supporting movements designed to help you build real strength, move better, and stay consistent in your training.
Express Conditioning (30 min)
Express conditioning is a fast, focused workout designed to build endurance and challenge your conditioning.
These 30-minute sessions use formats like intervals, AMRAPs, EMOMs, and Tabata to push your engine in a short amount of time. Some weeks focus on high-intensity intervals, others on steady conditioning, and often a mix of both.
Perfect for members looking to add extra conditioning or get an efficient workout in.
Hybrid Express (HYROX / DEKA)
Hybrid Express is a 30-minute conditioning class built around the style of training used in HYROX and DEKA events.
These sessions combine running, machines, and functional strength work to build stamina, pacing, and efficiency across hybrid-style workouts. Great for athletes preparing for an event or anyone who enjoys hybrid-style training.
Mobility
Our mobility classes help you move better and feel better. Through guided mobility work and intentional stretching, we focus on improving range of motion, joint control, and positions that support strength training.
These sessions help counteract stiffness from daily life and support long-term training.
